DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

 

The Billing and Revenue Specialist will have working knowledge of all Treasury Management services (e.g., Online Banking, Remote Deposit Capture, Sweeps, etc.), and will be able to provide support and assistance to internal users as a subject matter expert. The incumbent will be responsible for running routine reports and analysis to determine efficiency and profitability of all Treasury Management services while maintaining clear communication of findings with Officers and department leadership.

 

The incumbent will: 

 

  • Implement billing for all Treasury Management services 
  • Add accounts on analysis and setup combined account groupings as required 
  • Assess profitability of Treasury Management services
  • Perform monthly billing processes
  • Create monthly revenue reports 
  • Maintain Treasury Management Fee Schedule 
  • Make officers aware of any changes related to billing and/or analysis affecting new or existing customers 
  • Add analysis fee codes as needed to accommodate new pricing and/or services 
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of all internal policies and procedures as they relate to account analysis and billing of all Treasury Management services
  • Responsible for being familiar with all compliance regulations and policies that are applicable to this position and follow and ensure compliance with these regulations and policies

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

 

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum two (2) years’ banking experience
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel 
  • Basic knowledge of the Jack Henry Silverlake system preferred
  • Basic knowledge of computers and software 
  • Strong analytical reasoning, problem solving and critical thinking skills  
  • Working knowledge of bank operations and products, particularly ACH and Wires
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize 
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills 
  • Experience supporting online banking applications is a plus

 

 

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS AND ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS

 

The physical requirements and environmental conditions of this position consist primarily of:

 

  • Sustained standing and sitting
  • Frequent use of PC, including typing or sustained attention to monitor 
  • Occasional presentations requiring public speaking to small groups
  • Occasional lifting of basic office files or equipment up to 20 lbs
  • Normal office environment with comfortable internal temperatures and low level noise
