What Sets You up for Success
- Experience: 5+ years of progressive retail or community banking experience, including leadership or supervisory responsibility.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education or equivalent work experience preferred.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams to reach performance goals and deliver superior customer experiences.
- Sales & Service Acumen: Skilled in identifying customer needs, promoting financial solutions, and fostering a culture of relationship-based selling.
- Operational Expertise: Strong understanding of compliance, risk management, and branch operations.
- Technical Skills: Comfortable using Microsoft Office and core banking systems; embraces digital tools to enhance efficiency and customer engagement.
- Physical Requirements: Able to lift/move up to 50 lbs. of currency/coin as needed.

- Lead and Inspire: Coach, mentor, and develop your Community Banking team to deliver exceptional service and achieve sales, deposit, and lending goals.
- Drive Results: Lead by example as a player-coach—setting goals, tracking performance, and ensuring your office meets and exceeds business objectives.
- Engage the Community: Represent ACNB Bank at local events and organizations, strengthening the bank’s presence and cultivating long-term relationships.
- Champion Service Excellence: Resolve customer concerns efficiently and ensure each interaction reflects our standard of Service Excellence.
- Operational Oversight: Manage branch operations including vault balancing, compliance, and risk controls with precision and integrity.
- Collaborate for Growth: Partner with internal business lines such as Wealth Management, Treasury Management, Mortgage Lending, and Commercial Lending to deliver comprehensive financial solutions.
