Grand America Hotels & Resorts is seeking an IT Systems Analyst to support, implement, and maintain core hospitality systems including Opera PMS, and Agilysys InfoGenesis POS. This role provides both on-site and remote support for hotel and resort operations, ensuring systems run smoothly for employees and guests. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and late-night updates or launches is required.
Responsibilities
- Support, maintain, and troubleshoot hospitality applications (PMS, POS, payment platforms).
- Provide desk-side and remote assistance.
- Manage software licenses, system documentation, and compliance requirements.
- Assist with installations, upgrades, and late-night system launches.
- Ensure PCI compliance and IT audit standards are met.
- Stay current with hotel technology and security best practices.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of hospitality IT or operations systems support experience preferred.
- Degree or certification in IT or related field a plus.
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills.
- Flexible availability for weekends, evenings, and system updates.
- Knowledge of POS/PMS systems and basic networking fundamentals.
