Responsibilities
The YMCA of Greater Fort Wayne Metro Office is looking for candidates that are detail oriented, organized, self-starters, cause driven, energetic and dependable team players to fill the position of Full-Time HR Administrative Assistant.
- Support the HR Department with various dept. administrative functions related to entry and record-keeping, filing, special projects and the employment life cycle.
- Connect with the Metro Office, Branch Management, and Employee Team Members to deliver high-quality customer service.
- Deliver HR practices that support the core department processes and allow our branch teams to retain employees and delivery value programming.
Requirements
Candidates must be committed to contributing to the mission, culture, and values of the YMCA of Greater Fort Wayne as well as:
- Associate’s degree preferred OR equivalent combination of education/work experience.
- Two-Three years of related experience is preferred.
- Excellent human relation skills and enthusiasm.
- Intermediate computer skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office, social media sites, and talent acquisition software with the ability to grow with computer technology.
- An elevated level of organization, flexibility, and ability to handle difficult situations effectively.
Salary: Full time, $15.50-$17.50 hourly
Hours Available: Monday-Friday, 40 hours per week
