What we would like you to bring to the role:
- Managing marketing campaigns across UKTVs owned channels end-to-end: briefing, creative development, launch, and measurement
- Supporting 360° campaigns with multiple stakeholders, including paid media and agency collaboration
- Working in fast-paced, multi-project environments
- Understanding of the marketing funnel and media roles
- Ability to interpret data, insights, and marketing measurement to optimize campaigns
- Passion for TV and understanding of launching new shows
- Proactive, flexible, and comfortable in a dynamic team environment with shifting priorities
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills across teams
- Highly organised with strong project and time management
What you will get to work on:
- Lead and own marketing campaigns across UKTV’s network, developing project leadership
- Support large-scale 360° campaigns spanning owned, earned, and paid media
- Work across brand campaigns, gaining experience in brand building
- Collaborate with Insight teams to bring consumer insights into briefs
- Develop brief writing and delivery skills, through to delivering constructive feedback
- Work closely with media agencies on paid media strategy, delivery and optimisation
- Manage campaign tracking, measurement, reporting, and connect results to team goals
- Partner closely with Programming, Commissioning and external producers
- Own key marketing functions like finance, status updates, and reporting tools
- Contribute to award-winning, innovative campaigns
- Deliver high-quality, detail-oriented work that inspires others
- Stay up-to-date on media and digital trends, offering informed recommendations
- Ensure all work is brand-safe and legally compliant
- Drive collaboration and communication across cross-functional teams
