From award-winning originals to much-loved classics, our shows span comedy, drama, factual, and entertainment - all available to watch live or on demand via U. We are looking for a talented Marketing Executive to join our award-winning team. This is an exciting opportunity to help shape and launch campaigns for a range of standout series across our channels. You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to deliver bold, audience-first campaigns that bring our content to life. 
 
Purpose of the role  
The main purpose of this role is to support the brand and show campaigns across UKTV’s network. You will have the opportunity to own show campaigns that utilize our owned channels and play an integral role on large paid media campaigns working closely with a Marketing Manager. You will be responsible for managing multiple campaigns at any one time and have a key role in cross-collaboration with other teams such as Media Planning, Comms, Social, Creative, as well as Programming and Commissioning. The role reports into the Head of Marketing from an overall line management perspective and for most campaigns you will be task-managed by a Marketing Manager. 

What we would like you to bring to the role:

Experience 
  • Managing marketing campaigns across UKTVs owned channels end-to-end: briefing, creative development, launch, and measurement 
  • Supporting 360° campaigns with multiple stakeholders, including paid media and agency collaboration 
  • Working in fast-paced, multi-project environments 
Knowledge 
  • Understanding of the marketing funnel and media roles 
  • Ability to interpret data, insights, and marketing measurement to optimize campaigns 
  • Passion for TV and understanding of launching new shows 
 
Skills & Personal Qualities 
  • Proactive, flexible, and comfortable in a dynamic team environment with shifting priorities 
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills across teams 
  • Highly organised with strong project and time management 

What you will get to work on:

What You Will Work On 
  • Lead and own marketing campaigns across UKTV’s network, developing project leadership 
  • Support large-scale 360° campaigns spanning owned, earned, and paid media 
  • Work across brand campaigns, gaining experience in brand building  
  • Collaborate with Insight teams to bring consumer insights into briefs 
  • Develop brief writing and delivery skills, through to delivering constructive feedback 
  • Work closely with media agencies on paid media strategy, delivery and optimisation 
  • Manage campaign tracking, measurement, reporting, and connect results to team goals 
  • Partner closely with Programming, Commissioning and external producers 
  • Own key marketing functions like finance, status updates, and reporting tools 
  • Contribute to award-winning, innovative campaigns
