The Global Client Rep provides essential administrative support to the account management team, contributing to the consistent and efficient delivery of high-quality work to clients. Responsibilities include managing day-to-day account activities, maintaining strong organization and communication, and partnering with the team and in-country broker partnerships to ensure the precise and seamless execution of client initiatives.

At Newfront, our global team helps multi-national organizations establish and manage their local benefit programs through preferred in-country broker resources. We are looking for someone who thrives in a proactive, service-oriented team - someone who brings integrity, sound judgment and a commitment to deliver outstanding support to both colleagues and clients.

This position is an hourly, non-exempt, full-time role and will be reporting to the Director of Global Client Services. This is a US-hybrid based role with the option to work from any of Newfront's office locations or hubs in Austin, TX and Southern California.

What You’ll Be Responsible For:

  • Partner with in-country brokers through Newfront’s broker network to collect client policy financials, benefit summary information, renewal dates, etc.

  • Review plan documents and benefit details for accuracy and manage them within Newfront’s internal systems.

  • Communicate and process carrier and client contact changes in internal systems.

  • Build and maintain client benefit portals as requested.

  • Responsible for staying abreast of regulatory changes and trends worldwide and ensuring client notices are sent in a timely manner.

  • Prepare client communications using available tools and templates.

  • General administration and data entry as directed by the Director of Global Client Services and the Global Team.

  • Other tasks, duties or special projects as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1-2 years of work experience working in a customer service or a Human Resources oriented role.

  • Strong communication skills: written, public speaking and presentation preparation.

  • Skilled in time management, organization, and handling multiple priorities.

  • Attention to detail with the ability to identify discrepancies and support quality assurance.

  • Works well independently and collaboratively in fast-paced environments.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and quick to learn new technologies and systems.

Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Benefits experience at a Brokerage is a plus.

  • Exposure to basic project management concepts and systems is a plus.

  • Adaptable and responsive to evolving team and client needs.

  • Takes initiative, asks questions, and uses available tools to solve problems.

  • Builds positive working relationships with clients, teammates, and partners.

  • Curious and motivated to grow industry knowledge and stay current on trends.

Required Certificates, Licenses, Registration:

  • Department of Insurance Life & Health License (required or completed within 3 months of start date). You must be licensed in your home state.

The pay range for this position in California, Washington, Colorado, and New York at the commencement of employment is expected to be between $48,200 - $86,000. However, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a bonus, restricted stock units, and discretionary awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment. If hired, the employee will be in an “at-will position,” and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
