Position Overview:

We are seeking a People & Culture Coordinator who thrives on keeping details organized, enjoys supporting others, and takes pride in the behind-the-scenes work that keeps a team moving forward.

In this role, you’ll partner closely with the People & Culture team to coordinate interviews, onboarding, scheduling, and company events. You’ll also manage calendars to ensure priorities are clear and commitments are met. The ideal candidate is proactive, dependable, and team-oriented, with the ability to bring both creativity and structure to their work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Interview Scheduling – Coordinate and manage candidate interviews, anticipating conflicts and ensuring a smooth experience.
  • Calendar Support – Maintain and prioritize scheduling needs for the People & Culture team with accountability and accuracy.
  • Event Coordination – Support with office celebrations, vendor outreach, and employee events, bringing creative ideas and thoughtful touches.
  • Company Scheduling – Collaborate with colleagues to organize company-wide events such as All Hands, Employee Forums, and Trainings, ensuring details are clear and communication is open.
  • Onboarding Support – Assist with onboarding for new hires, particularly part-time and variable employees, fostering a welcoming and team-oriented experience.

Required Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of experience in a supportive role in HR, Admin, or scheduling
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office
  • Hands-on experience managing calendars, scheduling interviews, and troubleshooting scheduling conflicts
  • Ability to handle confidential information with care and discretion
  • Strong organizational skills with dependable follow-through

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience coordinating office events and working with external vendors
  • Familiarity with HRIS and scheduling tools (BambooHR, Calendly)
  • Involvement in onboarding processes or employee engagement activities
