Demonstrates a strong commitment to hands-on work and applies advanced troubleshooting expertise to serve as the electrical Subject Matter Expert (SME) during major site outages, providing leadership until the unit or site is fully restored to service. Strong knowledge of OSHA, Electrical Safe Work Practice (NFPA 70E), NETA ATS/MTS, NEC, NFPA 70B, API 541 and API 547, including proficiency in LOTO procedures and arc flash protection. Proficiency in electrical drawings, SEL Synchrowave tools, and arc flash evaluations.Extensive experience in testing, commissioning, troubleshooting, and maintaining low, medium, and high-voltage electrical equipmentProven leadership during outages and critical equipment failures.Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.Valid U.S. work permit and driver’s license.70% fieldwork, 30% office-based.Travel required up to 80%, primarily across Texas and North America.
