POSITION OVERVIEW:
Key responsibilities your role will involve.
- Maintain up-to-date resources on affordable housing units, supportive housing options, and rental assistance programs.
- Assess participant eligibility and make informed recommendations on appropriate housing supports and placements.
- Guide participants through rental applications, including subsidies, vouchers, and emergency assistance funds.
- Coordinate housing placements in collaboration with Center team members, providing direct support to participants as needed.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations affecting housing access for justice-involved individuals.
- Track and process rental assistance payments, as well as payments to partners, with accuracy and timeliness.
- Contribute to the design and delivery of financial education initiatives that help participants achieve long-term housing goals and stability.
- Responsible for program data entry, reporting, and outcome tracking to measure short-term and long-term program impact
- Coordinate with leadership and the Development team to deliver timely reporting for grants, board members, and public reporting.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for housing partners, community partners, landlords, property managers, and housing providers to address questions, resolve issues, and strengthen relationships.
- Maintain clear and timely communication with participants, ensuring they understand program expectations, available resources, and next steps.
- Represent the organization in housing coalitions, community meetings, and partner events to build visibility and strengthen networks.
- Share updates, resources, and best practices with internal staff and external partners to ensure alignment and consistent messaging.

- 3-5 years of experience in housing services, case management, or rental assistance programming required
- Preferred Bachelor’s of Social Work, Psychology, Sociology or other field of study.
- Knowledge of affordable housing programs, HUD, incentive programs, and landlord/tenant rights.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships across diverse stakeholders.
- Highly organized with attention to detail, strong follow-through, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data management systems.
