The City of New York and the State of California require Portage Point to provide compensation information for this role. The final compensation for this position will be set based on the applicant’s qualifications (education, training and / or experience related to this role), and therefore, may fall outside the range shown, depending on the circumstances.
Responsibilities
Support Practice Line Leaders and Managing Directors with calendar management, travel planning
Assist in maintaining building security list
Mail management and distribution for NY office
Additional duties as assigned
Contribute to creating a high-performing and inclusive culture
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree
Invested in a team-based culture motivated to collaborate in the New York office four days per week
Four plus years of experience as an Executive Assistant and / or Office Manager at an investment bank, private equity / law firm or top tier consultancy
Excellent written and verbal communication skills including strong e-mail etiquette
High degree of maturity with a proven ability to interact with senior executives, team members and external partners
Strong executive presence and communication skills
Proven ability to thrive in lean, fast-moving teams
High attention to detail, responsiveness and ownership mindset
Track record of success in high-pressure, client-facing environments
