Our Investor Services team is responsible for delivering middle office operational support and client service across all clients in support of our OCIO business.
Position Overview:
- Maintain and track daily accounting activity, ensuring accuracy and consistency across systems.
- Compile and review cost accounting reports for clients, gaining hands-on experience in financial reporting.
- Explore and apply artificial intelligence tools and third-party systems to enhance and innovate daily accounting workflows.
- Assist with responding to client and auditor inquiries, ensuring timely and accurate communication to support client satisfaction.
- Review audited accounting statements and present financial highlights to internal stakeholders.
- Assist in pricing weekly and monthly funds, including both equities and fixed income instruments.
- Support manager reconciliations and participate in month-end rebalancing processes.
- Prepare and analyze quarterly workpapers for private credit and private real estate funds.
- Conclude the internship by delivering a capstone presentation that ties together key learnings and a major market or operational event.
The program runs for 10 weeks from May 27 until August 5, 2026.
The Wilton office is moving to Merritt 7, Norwalk in the fall of 2025. This role will be based in our Norwalk, CT office.

Requirements:
- A demonstrated interest in asset management, investments or capital markets
- Course related material / exposure to bookkeeping and accounting principles
- A strong proficiency with Microsoft Office programs including Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- A demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong analytical/problem solving skills
