Essential Job Duties:
- Track accounts payable and receivable.
- Perform bank reconciliation and payroll processing
- Handle employee and client inquiries.
- Create requisitions and purchase orders.
- Participate in annual tax return preparation.
- Review accounting information for inaccuracies.
- Complete budgets and assist with quotes.
- Perform daily, weekly, and monthly accounting functions.
- Track credit card expenses.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Minimum of five years of accounting experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized with strong quantitative abilities
- Ability to adapt to multiple duties and interruptions.
- Self-starter with independent and team work capabilities.
- Accurate data entry and good interpersonal skills.
