TERM OF EMPLOYMENT: 12-Month Position, Full-Time
STARTING DATE: October 2025
SALARY RANGE: $24.00 - $30.50 per hour *Actual Salary Is Dependent Upon Education, Experience and Contract.
DUTIES: 1. Data input into multiple electronic systems 2. Manage enrollment and/or billing information in electronic systems 3. Provide support to staff for electronic systems 4. Independently problem solve and trouble shoot electronic systems and work with technology support as needed 5. Create and produce a variety of listings and reports as needed and requested 6. Communicate and work with a variety of stakeholders including program staff, department staff, district staff and guardians/families regarding student information 7. Other duties as determined by Supervisor
QUALIFICATIONS: 1. Civil Service eligibility as Data Liaison Specialist: Graduation from high school or possession of an equivalency diploma plus EITHER: (A) Graduation from a regionally accredited or New York State registered college or university with a bachelor’s degree plus three (3) years paid full-time or its part-time equivalent experience working with a database management system including the collection, storage, manipulation, and retrieval of records such as student or staffing records; OR (B) Graduation from a regionally accredited or New York State registered college or university with an associate degree plus five (5) years paid full-time or its part-time equivalent experience as stated in (A) above; OR (C) Seven (7) years paid full-time, or its part-time equivalent experience as stated in (A) above; OR (D) Any equivalent combination of education and experience as defined by the limits of (A), (B), and (C) above.
2. Good knowledge of school district policies, procedures, and programs related to student management systems. 3. Experience with electronic student information systems 4. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail. 5. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 6. Ability to work independently and as a team member. 7. Establish and maintain effective working relationships with Monroe One staff and staff within districts. 8. Fluent in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Access). 9. Physically able to perform essential functions of the position (with or without reasonable accommodation).
