NSF is seeking a Senior Manager, Business Development Nutrition & Wellness to lead and grow our Nutrition & Wellness business across the region. This is a high-impact, senior commercial role focused on expanding our footprint in the Dietary Supplement, Cosmetic, and Functional Food sectors. You’ll be responsible for driving sales performance, developing new business, and building strong client relationships across EMEA.
As a key member of the regional leadership team, you’ll report to the Senior Director Food & Nutrition, and work closely with regional business unit leads, marketing, and regulatory teams.

Responsibilities
Including, but not limited to:
- Lead sales strategy and execution for the Nutrition & Wellness business across EMEA, with a focus on Dietary Supplements, Cosmetics, and Functional Foods.
- Achieve and exceed regional sales targets and pipeline goals.
- Develop and close new business opportunities across key markets including UK&I, DACHS, BENELUX, Spain, Italy, and France.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client accounts - maximising cross-selling opportunities and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Build and manage a robust sales pipeline, tracking progress through the sales cycle to closed/won status.
- Collaborate with inside and outside sales teams, business development managers, and operational staff to ensure alignment and performance.
- Represent NSF at industry conferences, seminars, and webinars to promote our Nutrition & Wellness services.
- Work with marketing to tailor messaging for each market segment and optimise lead generation and customer retention.
- Support revenue forecasting, budgeting, and sales reporting.
- Recruit and develop sales team members as needed.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s in business or technical field preferred
- Demonstrated success in B2B sales, account planning, and territory management
- Proven ability to lead sales teams and deliver against commercial targets
- Experience working in matrix organisations with cross-functional collaboration
- Skilled in identifying customer needs and delivering tailored solutions
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce) and managing sales pipelines
- Knowledge of the TIC (Testing, Inspection, Certification) industry preferred
- Understanding of the Dietary Supplement, Cosmetic, or Functional Food sectors in EMEA
- Experience managing client relationships and sales staff with quota responsibility
- Fluent in English; additional languages would also be beneficial
- Willing and able to travel across the EMEA region
