Facilities Management Support Services Coordinator (Sizewell C)

Location: Sizewell C, Leiston, Suffolk (5 days a week onsite).
Contract: Permanent, full-time.
Salary: Circa £55,000 per annum plus benefits
Benefits include:
Annual Leave: 28 days per annum, increasing to 30 days after 5 years of service, plus bank holidays.
Bonus: Up to 5% annual bonus.

The Role:
As Facilities Management Support Services Coordinator, you’ll report to the FM Lead work team of five others and oversee the day-to-day delivery of key support service contracts across the construction site. These include:
Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
Reprographics
Desk booking management
Helpdesk services
This is a highly data-driven role, ensuring timely, safe, and cost-effective service delivery to a workforce of around 8,000. You’ll liaise daily with suppliers, manage service performance, and maintain strong communication with stakeholders, trade union reps, and customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily operations of critical site support services
Ensure compliance with statutory, regulatory, and site controls
Build effective relationships with contractors, aligned with project values
Monitor contractor competence and escalate shortfalls
Develop reports and plans to meet service expectations
Resolve issues early and collaboratively to maintain service quality
Engage with stakeholders and trade unions through regular meetings
Implement a “You Said, We Did” feedback system to improve services
What We’re Looking For:
Essential Skills & Experience:
Experience in high-security environments
Strong contract and supplier management skills
Proven background in site-based support services (PPE, reprographics)
Excellent planning, prioritisation, and logistics coordination
Proficient in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint; Power BI, and dashboard design
Clear and confident communicator
Understanding of health & safety regulations related to PPE and equipment
Desirable:
Behavioural Safety Programme certification
IOSH accreditation (or equivalent)
Facilities management qualification
Commercial and contract management knowledge
Background in PPE or reprographics
