As Data Analyst in the Customer Success Operations team, you will be involved in a dynamic international team with cross-functional activities. You will have opportunities to evolve and grow, accomplish impactful improvements in the company, and ensure our customers' satisfaction and success.
Principal Responsibilities:
- Collect, clean, analyse and visualize large datasets related to customers (CRM), products (prices, performance, features), and financial performance and forecasts to aid organizations in making informed decisions.
- Extract insights from raw data, perform statistical analysis, and present results through reports and dashboards using tools like Excel, Salesforce, and Smartsheet to provide valuable observations and information for Professional Services (Delivery team) and Finance (Senior Leadership Team and Executive Leadership Team).
- Identify trends and patterns, transforming complex data into actionable insights that support business strategy.
- Collaborate with various teams (e.g., Finance, Delivery, PMO, Sales) to inform and shape strategies.
- Assist in developing & implementing customer success strategies & initiatives:
- Monitor global initiatives and track status & progress
- Manage small initiatives
- Support mid-size or big initiatives
Position Requirements:
Experience:
- 5+ years of professional experience is required.
- 3+ years of experience as Data Analyst or as Analyst/Consultant at a consulting firm is required
- 1+ year in Project Management or Operations Management is a plus.
- Basic experience & understanding of customer success principles is a plus.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree is required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Computer Science, or Business Administration is preferred.

Technical skills:
