Come join an amazing Team and watch your Career GROW, at Crabapple Landscapexperts! We have an immediate need for a BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT REPRESENTATIVE (BDR) to service the extended Metro Atlanta Area from our Alpharetta, GA Sales Office.

As a premier landscape management Company, we are proud to partner with Community HOA’s, Senior Living Facilities, Corporate Campuses, Multi – Family Housing Communities, Commercial Properties. Etc.

An ideal candidate would be highly motivated and self-driven, focusing on creating meaningful connections and achieving sales goals. The core requirements of the BDR position revolve around the ability to network, build relationships with potential and existing clients, and sell the benefits of our services. 

Primary Responsibilities: 

  • Participate in Internal Meetings to discuss business needs, lead tracking, sales tracking. 
  • Participate in external meetings with Clients and Client Prospects (Could be site walks, etc.)
  • Participate in Networking Events and Client Events
  • Prepare Reporting as needed for Management, Clients
  • Proactively Identify and Resolve Customer Concerns

Duties:

  • CRM Management 
  • Identify prospective customers, lead generation, and conversion
  • Qualifying leads
  • Schedule Customer Meetings to discuss needs and highlight solutions
  • Building/Nurturing Relationships
  • Meet/Exceed Sales Goals
  • Generating/Drafting Proposals
  • Participate in Sales Pitches to Customer Decision Makers – Clearly convey service benefits
  • Promote the brand, expand the market, and generate awareness
  • Collaborate with colleagues in various departments 
  • Prompt response to voicemail and email

Requirements: 

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field. Equivalent Experience will be considered
  • 1-3 years of sales experience
  • Green Industry Experience Highly Preferred 
  • Microsoft Office Intermediate Experience 
  • CRM Intermediate Experience 


Work Conditions / Essential Functions: 

  • Will be required to walk sites in a non-climate-controlled environment at times 
  • Sitting in an office environment, potential repetitive use of hands / wrists while typing 
  • Ability to walk and / or stand for long periods of time during site visits
