What You’ll Be Doing Every Day…
Drive Sales & Profitability: Track sales results, coach the team, and ensure staff have the skills to meet goals for revenue and customer engagement.
Deliver a Premium Brand Experience: Model exceptional service, respond quickly to customer feedback, and create an authentic, customer-centric culture. Support local marketing events and community relationships to build awareness and traffic.
Train & Coach the Team: Provide ongoing coaching in service, product knowledge, and operations. Ensure timely communication, training, and feedback to support growth and success.
Oversee Operations: Enforce company policies, maintain operational standards, and assist with scheduling to meet business needs within labor plans.
Lead Visual Merchandising: Execute floor sets, maintain product freshness, and communicate assortment needs. Safeguard inventory through accurate receiving and stocking procedures.
Ensure Safety & Compliance: Uphold loss-prevention and safety standards. Address incidents promptly and partner with HR as needed.
Model Professional Conduct: Promote an inclusive, collaborative, and values-driven workplace.
What You’ll Need…
Associate degree preferred.
4+ years of management experience in a high-volume retail environment; outdoor or specialty retail a plus.
Strong track record of meeting sales and profit goals through team leadership.
Ability to plan, prioritize, and adapt in a fast-paced setting.
Experience building local brand awareness and community relationships.
Excellent communication, decision-making, and organizational skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office or similar software.
Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Ability to stand for an entire shift and lift up to 50 lbs.
