What you will do:
The Jr. QA Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting the day-to-day operations of a fast-paced and collaborative Quality Assurance department. This role, will play a key part in keeping our QA operations running smoothly, handling everything from inspection review and vendor setup to sustainability initiatives and customer service coordination.
The Jr. QA Coordinator will be involved in a wide variety of tasks, including reviewing Memphis Inspection Reviews/Rejections, supporting corporate social responsibility, handling the RFID program, processing invoices, and assisting with new vendor onboarding. This role supports a quality-driven environment and will allow someone to expand their knowledge in sustainability and compliance.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, strong Windows office skills and eager to contribute to a quality-driven environment. A willingness to learn about sustainability practices, along with relevant education and/or prior work experience, is essential for success in this role.
The position is in our headquarters in Stoughton, MA with a hybrid office option and will report and will report to the Manager, QA Corporate Social Responsibility.

IN MORE DETAIL, YOU WILL:
- Review Memphis Inspection reports and issue rejection reports if needed
- Track all social compliance documents and obtain new documents upon expiration
- Organize CSR documents in Teams
- Assist the new vendor set up process
- Handle inquiries from Customer Service Department/Sales Teams regarding ESG requests, and provide back up for QA customer service inquiries
- Assist updating and uploading Vendor Manual and Corporate Social Responsibility Manual and keep the change log up to date
- Process all Quality Dept invoices, and keep QA test charge grid up to date
- Upload audits/testing per retail customer program requirements such as Hasbro and Academy
- Assisting with the RFID Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) technology Program
- Assist with regulatory EPR reporting
- Assist in maintaining FSC/How2Recycle/ packaging data accuracy in internal systems
- Assist with social and sustainability long-term projects
- Other tasks as assigned
WHO YOU ARE:
- Associate or bachelor’s degree required, ideally with focus in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Environmental Policy, Social Responsibility, or Business Administration with ESG or CSR focus
- 0 - 2+ years of experience in CSR role in the consumer product industry
WHAT YOU HAVE DONE/ESSENTIAL TO THE ROLE:
- Passion for sustainability and ethical business practice
- Must be detailed oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving/critical skills
- Ability to coordinate multiple tasks and set priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Good knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and close follow ups
- Able to deal with different personalities and cultural understanding
- Ability to work well under pressure and able to work cross functionally with all levels in the organization and with outside vendors and clients
- Ensure ESG reporting deliverables meet internal and external deadlines
Level of Responsibility:
Interact regularly with internal and external parties, present information for decision making to manager
