Description
We’re looking for a driven, confident, and coachable individual to join our growing sales and marketing team as an Account Development Representative (ADR). In this role, you’ll work closely with experienced sales leaders in a collaborative, start-up-style environment, helping to generate new business opportunities and fuel our rapid year-over-year growth.

Location: Concord, MA (Hybrid 2-3 days' per week onsite)
Responsibilities
• Strategically generate new business opportunities within our existing customer base.
• Identify and drive engagement with key strategic stakeholders at our customers.
• Assist the account team in driving user adoption and value-added ROI.
• Support ABM strategies by collaborating with Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing
• Identify and track industry trends to identify new business opportunities.
• Communicate the value proposition for aPriori products to decision makers.
• Collaborate with the outside sales team regularly to ensure success and impact bottom line.
• Maintain daily sales activity levels to help support your quarterly targets.
Requirements
- Must be motivated, methodical, optimistic, and competitive.
- Exceptional verbal and written interpersonal, presentation and communication skills.
- Ability to identify, qualify, and prioritize prospects.
- Ability to speak with individuals of all levels inside and outside the organization.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong experience with LinkedIn, Salesforce preferred.
Education and Experience
- Must have 1-3 years or equivalent experience in Sales or Sales Development role.
- Experience working in a Team ABM environment.
- Experience using Salesforce, Sales Navigator, Salesloft, and other Sales and Marketing Technologies
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
