Client is hiring a seasoned 1099 Independent Contractor to lead sales efforts for a high-quality line of architectural and construction products in the Chicago Metro area. This is a commission-based opportunity for a motivated sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced, relationship-driven environment.

 Responsibilities

• Promote a full suite of architectural products to design and construction professionals
• Engage with architects, landscape architects, contractors, and installers
• Drive lead generation, proposal development, and deal closure
• Deliver post-sale support and maintain long-term client relationships
• Track sales activity and pipeline using CRM tools (Salesforce preferred)

 Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of outside sales experience in relevant industries
• Established network in the Chicago construction and design community
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
• Willingness to travel daily within the Chicago Metro area
• Tech-savvy with Microsoft Office and CRM systems
