Job Title: Web Producer – SEO

As a Web Producer – SEO, you will collaborate closely with our SEO and content teams to enhance our website's search engine visibility, drive organic traffic, and improve user engagement. This role offers the opportunity to apply your expertise in technical SEO, content strategy, analytics, and digital marketing while contributing to the success of a leading financial website. Prior experience of working as an SEO professional with 5+ years is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities
Technical SEO
•Conduct regular technical audits of the website to identify and fix issues that may impact search engine rankings.
•Assist in optimizing website architecture, URL structure, and internal linking for better crawlability and indexation.
•Support the implementation of structured data (schema markup) to enhance search engine understanding of content.
•Monitor website performance using tools like Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Ahref, SEMRush and other SEO tools.

Content Strategy
•Assist in developing and executing content strategies that align with SEO goals and business objectives.
•Conduct thorough keyword research to identify opportunities for creating new content, develop content outlines and monthly content plans, and optimize existing content.
•Collaborate with writers and editors to ensure all content follows SEO best practices.
•Help create engaging, high-quality content that meets the needs of our target audience.

Reporting & Performance Analysis
•Create and analyze SEO and content performance reports using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO platforms.
•Measure and track the performance of SEO initiatives, content strategies, and distribution campaigns.
•Derive actionable insights from data analysis to improve rankings, traffic, and user engagement.
•Present key findings and recommended action points to stakeholders for continuous optimization.

Industry Knowledge
•Stay updated with the latest SEO trends and algorithm updates.
•Conduct competitor analysis to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement.
•Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis and industry developments.

Other Responsibilities
•Participate in regular team meetings and brainstorming sessions.
•Be well-versed in using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, and others to enhance productivity and streamline workflows.
•Ability to craft effective prompts and apply prompt engineering techniques to generate high-quality, SEO-friendly content ideas, outlines, and optimizations.
•Leverage AI-driven insights to improve keyword research, content planning, and reporting efficiency.

•Lead and manage link-building campaigns to acquire high-quality, authoritative backlinks.
•Drive PR distribution strategies to maximize brand visibility and strengthen domain authority.
•Develop and execute content distribution plans across digital channels to expand reach and boost engagement.
•Build relationships with media outlets, bloggers, and industry influencers to amplify content performance.

Qualifications
•Previous experience in successfully implementing SEO or digital marketing strategies.
•Experience in link building, PR and content distribution is highly preferred.
•Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
•Detailed understanding of SEO principles and best practices.
•Familiarity with SEO tools such as Screaming Frog, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and others.
•Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
•Passion for digital marketing and willingness to learn and grow.

Preferred Skills
•Immediate joiners are preferred.
•Experience with content management systems (CMS) like WordPress.
•Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
•Understanding of technical SEO concepts such as site speed optimization, mobile-friendliness, and structured data.
