1 Brand Building, Campaigns - Understand the overall category and brand landscape, brand USP to identify strength areas and touchpoints for improvement through innovative interventions
- Drive successful execution of brand strategy to amplify brand share, penetration, recall and increase market share 
-  Evaluate and execute appropriate and innovative marketing mediums to effectively reach target consumer
- Design & lead campaigns for new product launches and development across brand portfolio to build awareness and drive growth
2 Category/Brand topline growth & ROI - Business analysis to recommend right promotion, media, portfolio strtagey by region and channel to deliver revenue targets
- Monitor and increase profitability through adherence to marketing budgets and demonstrate ROI mindset
- Ensure cost optimization while driving different marketing campaigns and initiatives for profitable outcomes
3 Consumer & Market Intel and Data Analysis  - Monitor market trends, consumer preferences and competitive landscape regularly to identify growth opportunities and drive actionable
- Track and analyze brand performance metrics and reshape action plans/campaigns for optimization and impact
- Understand the relevant brand metrics report, analyze the same and recommend way forward for brand growth & development
- Identify consumer preferences towards the brand and shape the initiatives in coherence to the same
4 Brand  Innovations & Messaging - Leverage consumer insights, brand metrics data and industry trends to recommend innovative interventions for brand growth & USP
- Innovate and ideate creative campaigns for enhanced brand perception and increased market share
- Design brand guidelines and ensure adherence to the same  in all marketing activities to maintain brand image and identity 
5 Partnerships & collaborations - Establish strategic partnerships in the industry to enhance brand penetration and recall and drive marketing initiatives smoothly
- Collaborate with creative agencies to design and deliver brand and initaitive messaging across different awareness touchpoints including TV, digital, OOH etc
- Engage with sales teams to drive growth of the brand portfolio through right startegy and interventions
- Conduct frequent market visits in conjunction with sales teams to understand the real landscape and refine strategies for relevancy and impact
