Job Description:
As a Deal Maker at Inetum Belgium, your mission is to drive strategic growth by identifying, qualifying, and closing high-value opportunities across public and private sectors. You act as a trusted advisor, leveraging consultative selling techniques and deep market insights to position Inetum’s digital solutions as transformative business enablers.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead opportunity qualification using the Opportunity Scorecard in Salesforce.
- Frame opportunities within account strategy and ensure alignment with group ambitions and audit controls.
- Manage the full sales lifecycle, including Win Workshops, Gate Reviews, and CRM hygiene.
- Coordinate with bid managers, solution architects, and delivery teams to refine proposals.
- Define commercial strategies including pricing models, SLAs, and risk contingencies.
- Engage with CxOs and procurement leads to understand strategic goals and position Inetum’s offerings.
- Drive internal alignment across business units and lead internal preparation sessions.
- Coach sales team members.
Deal Makers are instrumental in executing Inetum’s growth strategy, contributing to key account plans, win workshops, and commercial excellence programs. They help shape the company’s footprint in Belgium through high-impact deals and strategic partnerships.
Qualifications:- Minimum 5 years in B2B sales, ideally in IT services or digital transformation.
- Strong understanding of Belgian public sector procurement and enterprise IT.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and strategic thinking skills.
- Fluency in Dutch and English.
- Autonomous, results-driven, and capable of navigating complex stakeholder environments.
