Your responsibilities will include:

You will play a key part in maintaining Job Codes, timesheets, resource rate files, and project calendars, while contributing to process improvements and providing support to stakeholders across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Job Code Maintenance: Establish and audit Level 1 & 2 Program and Overhead Job Codes; perform routine audits.
  • Timesheet Maintenance: Conduct weekly audits of timesheets, TOIL, extended hours, travel, roster adjustments, work centre usage, and public holiday usage; follow up on outstanding submissions.
  • Project Controls Rate & Calendar Maintenance: Maintain resource files in Openplan & Cobra; update annual rate files and project calendars.
  • Process Maintenance: Contribute to the development and upkeep of detailed work instructions.
  • Support Activities: Manage incoming email queries and provide adhoc phone support for Job Code and timesheet issues.
