What You’ll Do
- Lead day-to-day US warehouse operations—receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping.
- Partner with UK and Germany teams to co-develop process improvements and share best practices that strengthen accuracy and efficiency across all sites.
- Collaborate as a process leader and subject matter expert with the UK and Germany warehouses to align operations and continuously improve together.
- Champion the adoption of automation technologies (barcoding, scanning, ERP/WMS) to streamline operations in the US.
- Collaborate globally to set policies on inventory accuracy, replenishment, and cycle counting.
- Develop and monitor KPIs to track efficiency, order fulfillment, and cost improvements.
- Lead, coach, and inspire a strong US warehouse and inventory team.
- Partner with Finance, Sales, and Supply Chain to align inventory strategies with business goals.
- Support capital planning and process innovation locally and globally.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field plus 7 years of warehouse/inventory management experience (global/multi-site exposure a plus) or equivalent experience.
- Strong background in automation, barcoding, scanning, ERP/WMS systems.
- Leadership experience building high-performing teams and fostering continuous improvement.
- Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
- Certifications like APICS, CSCP, CPIM a plus.
- Proven ability to implement Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies.
- Strong knowledge of domestic and international shipping/compliance.
- Willingness to travel up to 20% domestically and internationally.

This position will require the successful completion of a standard background check in accordance with Restek policy. Employment with Restek will require successful completion of a pre-employment drug screen.
