We're Hiring: Sales & Customer Retention Executive
As a Sales & Customer Retention Executive, you’ll be the friendly first voice our clients hear, setting the tone for their experience with Securitas Technology. You’ll build lasting relationships, ensuring our customers feel valued while supporting wider business development activities with both new and existing clients.
- 🚨 Position: Sales & Customer Retention Executive
- 🕒 Hours: Working an average of 37.5 hours a week
- 💰 Pay: £26,000 per annum
- ⏰ Shift Patterns: Monday to Friday - Hybrid / office based (Waterlooville)
- 🔒 Requirements: 1-3 years experience in Sales & Customer Retention

Job Description:What you’ll be doing:
Helping Securitas Technology to develop business opportunities with new clients and retain existing clients through:
- Handle inbound sales calls, gather key details, and pass to the correct sales team
- Promptly manage web leads (form/chat) and distribute them in line with KPIs.
- Make outbound calls to prospects and existing clients to raise awareness, gather intel, and generate leads.
- Proactively call clients to strengthen relationships, promote loyalty, and identify opportunities.
- Conduct courtesy calls to clients intending to cancel, aiming to retain their business.
- Follow up with leads from events and exhibitions to maximise ROI.
- Produce and follow up on small system and signalling upgrade quotes.
- Accurately update leads, accounts, and opportunities daily in our Client Excellence Platform (CEP).
- Monitor sales inboxes, manage queries, and ensure communication reaches the right teams.
- Support sales teams with admin tasks such as onboarding forms, marketing materials, and ad hoc projects.
What you will need:
- Experience in internal sales, sales support, or telesales (preferred).
- Positive, professional communicator across phone, email, online, and in person.
- Client-focused, with a passion for excellent customer service.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy when handling data.
- Basic knowledge of electronic security (or willingness to learn with training).
- Confident using Microsoft 365, especially Outlook.
- Self-motivated, organised, and able to multi-task effectively.
- Strong team player, supportive and collaborative.
What’s required:
- 2+ years experience in a similar role
- Right to work in the UK and have a 5 year check able history
