We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Advisory Services Coordinator to join our team.
In this role, you will provide critical support to the Advisory Services Team, which is responsible for client onboarding and ensuring a smooth handoff from sales to service delivery. You assist with the creation of project schedules, track and coordinate Statements of Work, and handle administrative tasks to support the timely closing of contracts and internal visibility.
Acting as a conduit between our sales team and service delivery team, you will play a key role in aligning expectations, timelines, and resources.

📌 Responsibilities:
Converting SOW/contract requirements into project schedules and plans, including estimates, resources and target dates
In coordination with the Engagement Lead, ensure project documentation is maintained in accordance with business processes
Using keen attention to detail to support the delivery of professional project documentation
Develop engaging internal relationships across several departments and strata of the organization
Complete activities as directed by the business processes to support Client Onboarding
Generate reports on interactions, metrics, and feedback
Assist in the implementation of new processes to improve client interactions
🎓 Qualifications:
Post-secondary degree or diploma, preferably in project management or business administration
Minimum one year of experience in project coordination or related field
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and SaaS implementations
Strong written, verbal and presentation skills
Communication, problem-solving, change management and organizational skills
PMP, CAPM or comparable project management designation would be considered an asset
Experience or familiarity with the utilities industry would be an asset
General familiarity or experience working with Management Information Systems such as Customer Information Systems (CIS), Work Orders & Asset Management (WAMS), Mobile Workforce Management (MWM), and/or Geographic Information Systems (GIS) is a bonus.
🛠 Technical Skills:
Fluent with productivity tools such as Google Suite, Microsoft Office and others
Experience with web-based Portfolio/Project/Product Management tools
Previous experience with Kantata OX or other PSA platforms would be an asset
Experience with Salesforce and Confluence is highly desirable
Both traditional and agile project management methodology training would be an asset
Experience with SaaS-based product implementations would be an asset
