Role

TRG is currently seeking a Regional Manager to drive pipeline growth, new client procurement, and serve as the primary relationship manager for title agents. This person will play a key role in providing customer service and interfacing between title agents and our agency and underwriting team.  


Job Functions:  

  • Develop, manage and maintain relationships with title agents within your designated territory
  • Identify, evaluate and manage a pipeline of attractive prospective customers
  • Successfully convert prospective customers into new revenue producing customers 
  • Oversee agent activity, review financials and be responsible for monitoring and documenting agent performance
  • Develop and execute sales strategy by leveraging best practices and proven techniques
  • Collaborate with internal marketing team to develop / tailor content to support efforts and ensure materials are kept up to date / accurately reflect TRG’s value proposition 
  • Coordinate and provide training and education to title agents and their customers
  • Strive to become a “true partner” by continuing to add value when and where possible
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through timely responses to questions and concerns
  • Effectively interface between title agents, sales team and underwriting team 
  • Visit, in person and electronically, with title agent customers to meet new stakeholders / continue to nurture existing relationships and build wallet share
  • Ensure all policies and procedures are followed 
  • Manage an active schedule, effectively juggling multiple priorities and relationships
  • Stay abreast of relevant news and / or events affecting customers and potential customers
  • Perform business planning, documentation and reporting as required
  • Manage, coach, and support the sales team to ensure goals are met and best practices are followed


Job Qualifications

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business or Finance required; MBA is preferred
  • 10 years of experience in the Title Industry required with a minimum of 5 years at management level
  • Demonstrated ability to provide thoughtful and effective counsel on business issues 
  • Strong executive communication and influencing skills and customer service attitude
  • Clear results orientation and intense focus on achieving both short- and long-term goals 
  • Successful track record of thriving in a fast paced, entrepreneurial and dynamic environment
  • Microsoft Office proficient

 

Location: This position will cover the states of Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, and New Mexico. Travel will be necessary.
