The Role:

 

Sales Support Analyst: joining our global Revenue Operations team. Reporting directly to the Revenue Operations Manager (based in NYC), you will play a key role in supporting our Sales and Client Services teams through lead management, data quality, reporting, and process support. 

This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented, organized professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. The ideal candidate is a proactive self-starter with strong communication skills and a passion for data integrity and operational excellence. 

What You’ll Do:

 

Lead Management & Sourcing 

  • Qualify, manage, and direct inbound leads in Salesforce 

  • Monitor and review multiple lead sources to ensure timely distribution to Sales and Client Services 

Data Quality & Administration 

  • Champion data integrity and quality within Salesforce 

  • Process account requests, transfers, and merges 

  • Create, maintain, and monitor revenue and KPI dashboards and reporting 

Revenue & GTM Team Support 

  • Develop a deep understanding of Sales and Client Services business rules and processes 

  • Maintain monthly revenue and activity metrics reporting in Salesforce 

  • Assist with onboarding new hires 

  • Provide ad-hoc support and reporting as needed 

 

What You’ll Bring:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred) 

  • Salesforce experience (required) 

  • Strong communication and customer service skills 

  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously 

  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills 

  • Analytical mindset with curiosity for discovering trends in data 

  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis and reporting 

  • Positive, proactive, “can-do” attitude with initiative and follow-through 

  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a professional environment 

 

Compensation:  65-75K
