The Role:
Sales Support Analyst: joining our global Revenue Operations team. Reporting directly to the Revenue Operations Manager (based in NYC), you will play a key role in supporting our Sales and Client Services teams through lead management, data quality, reporting, and process support.
This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented, organized professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. The ideal candidate is a proactive self-starter with strong communication skills and a passion for data integrity and operational excellence.
What You’ll Do:
Lead Management & Sourcing
Qualify, manage, and direct inbound leads in Salesforce
Monitor and review multiple lead sources to ensure timely distribution to Sales and Client Services
Data Quality & Administration
Champion data integrity and quality within Salesforce
Process account requests, transfers, and merges
Create, maintain, and monitor revenue and KPI dashboards and reporting
Revenue & GTM Team Support
Develop a deep understanding of Sales and Client Services business rules and processes
Maintain monthly revenue and activity metrics reporting in Salesforce
Assist with onboarding new hires
Provide ad-hoc support and reporting as needed
What You’ll Bring:
Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
Salesforce experience (required)
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
Analytical mindset with curiosity for discovering trends in data
Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis and reporting
Positive, proactive, “can-do” attitude with initiative and follow-through
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a professional environment
Compensation: 65-75K
