Responsibilities
· Survey, develop, present proposals and close opportunities for retrofit and new HVAC projects.
· Develop project delivery strategy to be coordinated with project manager.
· Interact with customers in a professional, knowledgeable, and courteous manner. Maintain strong consultive relationship with key customers.
· Acquire supplier material quotes, develop material requisition for job needs and coordinate material purchases.
· Coordinate project details with project manager. Ensure quality and proper application of projects. Conduct project status meetings.
· Coordinate company billing change orders and project completion status.

· Annual salary plus commission based on delivered project gross margin dollars.

Requirements
· Experienced in and understanding of varied aspects of commercial HVAC Systems.
· Ability to reach out and develop new prospects.
· Valid drivers’ license. Computer literacy.
· Strong communication and documentation skills.
· Satisfactory completion of company background check, drug screening, and motor vehicle report.
· Ability to learn and use National’s project management software as well as Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
