Quarry Production Supervisor | Bass Point at Heidelbergmaterials

We are currently recruiting for a motivated and results focused candidate to fill the role of Production Supervisor.  

Working out of our picturesque Bass Point quarry, situated on the Shellharbour coastline, the successful candidate will need to hold a strong skillset in safety as well as production operations.

Reporting to the Quarry Manager, this role will be multi-faceted responsible for supervising quarry operations with a focus on drill and blast, load and haul, and fixed plant production enhancement and improvement.

A background in the Quarrying, Mining or Construction industries would be highly regarded.

• Bringing a strong safety mindset to manage high risk activities and reduce risk exposure for self and others

• Supervising the day-to-day production operations and making decisions that impact the overall performance of the business
