We are a Comprehensive Spine and Orthopedics Care provider serving communities across Georgia, with locations in Atlanta, College Park, Columbus, Dalton, Gwinnett, Marietta, Tucker, Stockbridge, Roswell, and the Surgery Center of Roswell.  Our mission is to deliver cutting-edge treatment with a conservative approach.


We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Part-Time Social Media Coordinator to help elevate our brand presence online through engaging content and strategic posting.


This role focuses on content creation, branding, blogging, and social media posting.  The ideal candidate is a digital storyteller with a strong design aesthetic and a passion for healthcare marketing.  You’ll work closely with leadership to develop and execute a cohesive social media strategy that reflects our values and connects with our audience.


Social Media Coordinator Duties & Responsibilities

  • Design and create branded digital content for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Develop and maintain a content calendar with scheduled posts, blogs, and campaigns
  • Write and publish short-form blogs and captions tailored to our audience
  • Create graphics, reels, and short videos that align with our brand identity
  • Monitor engagement and respond to comments/messages to foster community interaction
  • Collaborate with leadership to ensure content accuracy and relevance
  • Stay up-to-date with social media trends and best practices in healthcare marketing
  • Assist with basic branding initiatives and visual storytelling


Requirements
  •  Experience managing social media accounts, preferably in healthcare or wellness
  • Strong portfolio showcasing content creation (graphics, videos, blogs, etc.)
  • Proficiency in tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Meta Business Suite, or similar
  • Excellent writing and visual communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Understanding of HIPAA compliance in digital communications

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in healthcare marketing
  • Basic video editing and animation skills 
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus
  • Familiarity with SEO, hashtags, and audience targeting strategies

Compensation & Schedule

  • Hourly rate based on experience
  • Flexible remote schedule (approx. 15–20 hours/week)
