Working Hours:
 Hours vary between 7:00 AM - 6:00 PM, Monday through Saturday. Employees can choose between working 4 10-hour shifts or 5 8-hour shifts, and are expected to rotate based on organizational needs. ⏰

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Supervisory Duties:

• 🤝 Collaborate with the Nurse Manager, Director of Nursing, and other leaders to ensure efficient and effective healthcare delivery.
• 📈 Plan and oversee health service delivery, supervise staff, and lead quality improvement efforts.
• 🩺 Provide day-to-day oversight of medical assistants for smooth patient care.
• 📢 Promote a productive and safe working environment with clear communication.
• 🗣️ Address patient complaints and questions promptly.

Clinical Nursing Duties:

• 📝 Evaluate patient needs and implement appropriate nursing care plans.
• 📋 Document nursing assessments and patient care provided.
• 🗨️ Communicate with medical providers about patient needs and education.
• 💉 Perform direct patient care, including administering medications and treatments.
• 🚨 Handle emergencies professionally and promptly.
