Working Hours:
Hours vary between 7:00 AM - 6:00 PM, Monday through Saturday. Employees can choose between working 4 10-hour shifts or 5 8-hour shifts, and are expected to rotate based on organizational needs. ⏰
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Supervisory Duties:
- 🤝 Collaborate with the Nurse Manager, Director of Nursing, and other leaders to ensure efficient and effective healthcare delivery.
- 📈 Plan and oversee health service delivery, supervise staff, and lead quality improvement efforts.
- 🩺 Provide day-to-day oversight of medical assistants for smooth patient care.
- 📢 Promote a productive and safe working environment with clear communication.
- 🗣️ Address patient complaints and questions promptly.
Clinical Nursing Duties:
- 📝 Evaluate patient needs and implement appropriate nursing care plans.
- 📋 Document nursing assessments and patient care provided.
- 🗨️ Communicate with medical providers about patient needs and education.
- 💉 Perform direct patient care, including administering medications and treatments.
- 🚨 Handle emergencies professionally and promptly.
