- Planning, proofing, and executing annual marketing programs for Beaver Homes & Cottages, Home Installs and Project Packages to engage customers, leveraging a combination of traditional and digital engagement tactics including catalogues, design books, flyer, email, website, social, digital, and in-store POP.
- Compiling and reporting on marketing initiatives and their effectiveness while maintaining accurate records for reporting purposes. May also include maintaining detailed accounting records for Dealer participation and sales tracking.
- Responsible for developing and maintaining various communication channels to support Sales and Service programs including Connect, newsletters, emails, and other internal channels.
- Support with designing and developing training materials, webinars, and instructional resources to improve Dealer operations and profitability. May also include facilitating conferences, and professional training sessions, for Dealers and Team Members, both in-person and virtually.
- Support with facilitating training sessions, providing technical software support, and assisting in software development and design, ensuring functionality to support all sales and service programs.
- Support with administrative duties such as Dealer invoicing, processing expenses, processing legal agreements and new Dealer applications, project coordination, answering Dealer inquiries and other duties as required for the department.
- Support with recruitment of new program members (Dealers) for each of the Sales and Service programs. Manage and process membership requests.
- Support with developing, updating, and maintaining various program databases, regional price lists, assortment drawings, assembly instructions, and translations.
- Diploma in Business, Marketing or Administration with 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills, as well as strong attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize and react to changing situations; with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office applications and familiarity in a Mac environment.
- Willingness to work extended hours when needed.
- Ability and willingness to travel extensively as required to facilitate training and conferences.
- The ability to be onsite three days a week at our corporate office in St. Jacobs, to accommodate our hybrid working model.
