We seek an Account Manager who can immerse themselves in their client's business, products, services, industry, and competitive environment. You will be responsible for understanding your clients' marketing challenges and helping articulate solutions. You are a client's day-to-day contact-fielding, acting on requests, collecting feedback and approval, documenting, and shepherding the Agency work from beginning to end. Ultimately, it is your responsibility to provide clients with a high-value experience and guide internal teams through the necessary deliverables and project goals. 

Key Responsibilities

Client Service: Act as the primary day-to-day contact for clients, ensuring effective communication and understanding of their needs. Translate client requirements into actionable plans, providing timely responses and clearly outlining next steps both to clients and internal teams.

Project Management: Work closely with the project managers to help create and manage timelines that meet client goals.  
 
Media Management: Partner with Media Planning & Activation teams as needed. 

Creative Management: Work with Creative team on development and execution of creative materials from inception to full production. 
 
Effective Communication: Demonstrate exceptional communication skills, fostering collaboration between internal and external local or global teams. Facilitate clear and concise communication channels, ensuring seamless information flow across teams.

Estimates and Proposals: Prepare initial drafts of estimates and proposals, emphasizing transparency in project scope, costs, and expectations. Collaborate with team members to refine proposals and align them with client needs.

Collaborative Efforts: Work with global teams and talent to provide comprehensive solutions aligning with client objectives. Foster a teamwork and knowledge-sharing culture, contributing to the agency's overall success.

Attention to Detail: Serve as the meticulous proofer and final reviewer for all materials, upholding the highest standards of precision and quality. Ensure all client interactions and project deliverables meet the agency's exacting standards.
 
Problem Solving: Exhibit creative and solution-oriented problem-solving skills, addressing challenges and proposing innovative solutions. Navigate a fast-paced environment with agility, ensuring projects stay on course and objectives are met.  

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • 3+ years of proven experience in an agency environment, with a track record of successful projects.  
  • Strong command of Microsoft Office products, including Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.  
  • Exposure to content, video production, and media projects is advantageous, and digital experience is important.  
  • Proficiency in project management platforms like Asana; experience with HubSpot and NetSuite is beneficial.  
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.  
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and adept at working autonomously.  
  • Adept at creative problem-solving in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Open to some travel for this position based on Client meeting needs.

The salary range below includes variations between all locations and reflects the highest potential and/or eventual salary in this position. There is no standard offer, as each is based on experience, location, and other factual criteria. Salary Range: $60k - $70k
