GENERAL SUMMARY
The Account Management Coordinator is responsible for providing project management ownership and support to the Account Management Department. Project outcomes are critical to internal reporting, management, and supporting clients in a fast-paced environment. The role requires the ability to manage multiple requests, ability to adapt to changes quickly, intermediate skills using Microsoft Office products and excellent communication skills.
This position will be with Stratacor, an affiliate of Delta Dental of Minnesota.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Coordinate and manage all aspects of Delta Dental participation at client Open Enrollment and Health Fair meetings. The meetings are located in Minnesota and out-of-state. This process will be managed through a marketing database system for all aspects of the process. This role will be a primary point of contact for sister Delta Dental plans located across the country.
- Inventory management of the Sales and Account Management Department promotional giveaways.
- Assist in the preparation and execution of large group proposal/renewal packages for Account Managers in preparation for group/broker delivery.
- Maintain a marketing database which is the basis for high-level reporting projects. This includes exporting data and converting into an Excel format to be used for external communication and/or reporting projects.
- Manage special projects, document processes for the department and coordinate annual surveys and special mailings.
- Provide general administrative support to the account management department including preparation of PowerPoint presentations, produce mailings, schedule meetings, copy projects, distribution of management reports, review Schedule A error reports/create and distribute Schedule A's, compressing files and complete other projects as assigned.
- Other duties and projects as requested by management personnel.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Required:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Two (2) years' administrative, office, or related work experience
- Experience using Salesforce.com
Preferred:
- Bachelor's degree in related field
WORK ENVIRONMENT/PHYSICAL DEMANDS

- Physical Requirements: Must be able to lift, carry, bend, reach, stand for prolonged periods of time
- Sedentary Work: Prolonged periods of time sitting at a workstation while navigating a computer
- Work Location: This position is required to work in the office a minimum of two (2) days each week

The starting salary range for this position is $23.00 to $29.00 per hour. Salary offers will typically be made in the listed range. The Company takes into consideration a candidate's education, training, and experience, as well as the position's work location, expected quality and quantity of work, required travel (if any), external market and internal value, including merit process and internal pay alignment when determining the salary of potential new team members. In compliance with state and federal regulations, a potential new team member's salary history will not be used in compensation decisions.
