 In This Role, You Will: 

  • Handle complex and escalated customer cases for Volkswagen Group Australia (VGA) as Customer Relations Ambassadors (CRA).
  • Manage and resolve intricate challenges for VGA’s customers and stakeholders in this senior role.
  • Represent world-renowned car brands, including Volkswagen, Audi, Skoda, and Cupra.
  • Collaborate closely with dealerships and stakeholders from across the Volkswagen Group
  • Australia team to make a meaningful impact in the lives of everyday Australians.
  • Build authentic relationships with customers.
  • Complete outbound calls and digital communications to resolve inquiries and cases.
  • Investigate and determine appropriate outcomes for customer cases, with the support of the broader team.
  • Accurately record detailed customer interactions and process account information. 

 

Here's What You'll Need: 

  • Passionate about customer service and helping others. 

  • Experience in case management, preferably in the automotive industry. 

  • Confidence in taking ownership to problem-solve. 

  • A high degree of patience for others in difficult situations. 

  • Able to multi-task and manage time effectively without compromising service levels.
