Assistant Case Advisor
– Claimant Outcomes South team - DCS Subsidence Advisory Division About the team Subsidence Advisory NSW
has a talented team who work to support the community in coal mining areas of
New South Wales and are responsible for administering the Coal Mine Subsidence
Compensation Act 2017. The team provide
support to property owners, government departments and authorities, local
councils, community organisations and industries within Mine Subsidence
Districts throughout NSW. Your day-to-day Reporting to the
Manager, Claimant Outcomes-South, you will be instrumental in supporting the
coordinating pre-mining inspections, customer communication and community
engagement activities for mine subsidence compensation and regulation
activities. You will collaborate
across the Subsidence Advisory NSW team that makes a difference in
supporting both internal and external stakeholders. Key challenges in this role
will see you delivering quality services to our customers and establishing
relationships with the community to develop trust and ensure a quality customer
experience. To be successful in

Salary range: $99,938 - $110,271 + superannuation and leave loading
Duration: Ongoing, Full-time
Location: Camden - in-office requirement 2-3 days a week as a minimum,
which could be subject to change based on applicable DCS workplace policies.
Salary Grade 5/6, with the base salary for this role starting at $99,938 base plus superannuation
