ROLE

Are you a positively curious person who is social at heart? Both literally and figuratively? Do you thrive on crafting compelling narratives and engaging audiences across various digital platforms? Then this might interest you.

We are currently looking for a talented and passionate Content Creator to join our team. We need someone who can develop engaging, platform-specific content across a variety of formats, including text, video, images, and interactive experiences. Your focus will be on creating content that not only captures attention but also drives meaningful engagement and aligns with client objectives. You will be leading our in-house content offering, and work with a team of 2 junior creators.

We're currently looking for a freelance content creator to join us for the full month of November

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

You’ll be working on all sorts of projects, from developing always-on content calendars to crafting bespoke campaigns for specific platforms. Your thinking should be social-first, with a keen understanding of how to tailor content for optimal performance. Storytelling is on your mind every day of the year, and you know everything about hooking audiences to content and delivering compelling messages.

More specifically:

  • Create engaging and platform-specific content across various formats: Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok
  • Collaborate with art directors, copywriters, designers, and other team members to produce high-quality content.
  • Stay up-to-date on social media trends and best practices. More specifically, social media storytelling, hooks, voiceovers, prompts, etc.
  • Analyze content performance and make data-driven adjustments to optimize results.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas.
  • Understand and adhere to brand guidelines and tone of voice.
  • Research relevant topics and industry trends.
  • Lead the in-house content team and upskill other team members in terms of content creation.

 

PROFILE

  • Proven experience in a similar role. Portfolio showcasing relevant work experience, mostly with commercial brands.
  • Master English, both spoken and written. Fluency in French or Dutch is a big plus.
  • Possess a natural curiosity for what's happening in today's popular and digital culture.
  • You're not only aware of what is happening today but also of what advertisers will want to tap into tomorrow.
  • You’re passionate about immersing yourself in industry best practices and award-winning work.
  • Demonstrates creativity and originality in content creation. We are looking for someone who can push the needle, not only deliver what works today.
  • Can work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Works effectively in a team and exhibits excellent communication skills.
  • Proactive thinker who always comes with a strong and elaborated POV.
  • Shows a keenness to learn and continuously develop their content creation skills.
  • Has a proven track record of meeting deadlines and delivering on briefs.
  • Conceptualizes brave, fresh, and world-class content ideas.
