About the opportunity As a myRecovery Advisor, you’ll be part of a nationally recognised Early Intervention Program that plays a critical role in supporting the health and wellbeing of our people. This role sits within a collaborative team, driving operational excellence across injury management processes. It’s an exciting opportunity to work at the intersection of safety, wellbeing, data, and stakeholder engagement, helping to enhance recovery outcomes across our network.What you’ll deliver with us In this role, you’ll be instrumental in the smooth day-to-day running of the myRecovery Early Intervention Program, reporting directly to the myRecovery Manager. You’ll work with a wide variety of internal stakeholders—such as frontline leaders, operational managers, corporate teams and external partners, including clinical providers and vendors. Success in this role means maintaining the integrity of the program, driving continuous improvement through data insights, and ensuring timely and consistent delivery of support, training, and reporting across the business.You’ll also Coordinate and deliver training through engaging myRecovery refresher sessions, ensuring consistency across multiple facilities and helping build capability in operational leaders.Manage escalations and complaints from both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring issues are triaged and resolved promptly and professionally.Oversee vendor relationships and payment processes, tracking invoices, supporting accounts with payment follow-ups, and ensuring high service standards with clinics and partners.Support safety compliance by managing incident reporting, following up on events, and working with leaders to ensure accurate and timely safety event submissions.Monitor data and program performance, including maintaining spreadsheets, tracking Power BI trends, and collaborating on program enhancements to support continuous improvement.About you You’re a confident communicator, natural collaborator, and highly organised professional who thrives in a fast-paced, people-focused environment. You bring a proactive mindset and a genuine desire to improve outcomes for injured workers through early intervention and strong stakeholder relationships. You’ll also need Demonstrated experience in coordinating occupational health or injury management programs, preferably within a large or complex organisation.Excellent administrative, communication and presentation skills, including the ability to confidently deliver face-to-face or virtual training to diverse internal audiences.Proven ability to manage and influence stakeholder relationships, including operational teams, unions, healthcare providers, and internal corporate support teams.Sound analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle complex cases, interpret data, and provide timely, compliant solutions.Tertiary qualifications in a related discipline (e.g. health science, injury management, HR) are desirable.How we’ll deliver for youHybrid work model (between the office, travel to relevant work sites and being based at home)Be part of a collaborative as well as autonomous work environmentWe deliver on our values of Trust, Inclusivity, Empowerment and Safety every day.
