A Typical Day:

The Training Program Governance Manager is a dedicated resource for the Technology Development Governance group, responsible for managing and scaling training initiatives while overseeing the planning and management of all divisional training activities, ensuring operations run smoothly as they relate to policies, procedures, people, and projects, and that all deliverables meet management expectations and quality standards.

 

The Training Program Manager will:

 

  • Facilitate governance protocol training
  • Lead the creation, implementation and maintenance of training governance processes and activities, including scorecard development, policies & procedures, regulatory updates, best practices, reporting, and more
  • Provide governance documentation, quarterly scorecard reporting, knowledge builders, onboarding checklists, and other programs 
  • Reviews published scorecards and recommend revisions or changes in scope, format, content and methods of publication
  • Perform other related duties and ad-hoc projects as required and assigned
  • Demonstrate behaviors which are aligned with the organization’s desired culture and values
What You’ll Bring:
  • Strong Project Management experience
  • Experience as a Corporate Learning and Training Facilitator

  • Experience as an Instructional Designer, with proficiency in LMS and content development software such as Lectora, Captivate, Photoshop, and InDesign.

  • Experience implementing training governance and score development activities
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and G Suite products (Gmail, Hangouts, Calendar, Google Sheets, Forms)

Compensation: Individual salary may vary based on multiple factors including specific role, geographic location / market data, and skills and experience as defined below:

  • Lower in range - Building skills and experience in the role
  • Mid-range - Experience and skills align with proficiency in the role 
  • Higher in range - Experience and skills add value above typical requirements of the role 

 

Some roles may be eligible for performance-based compensation and/or stock-based incentives awarded to employees based on company and individual performance.
