Description
The Warehouse Supervisor will be a key member of the Supply Chain Team. The Warehouse Supervisor will manage the day-to-day operations of our warehouse and will manage our Material Logistics Associates. This position is responsible for a variety of tasks related to the storage and distribution of goods. Material movement may occur with the use of pallet jacks, forklifts, cranes, or carts. Candidates should be prepared to lift and carry boxes up to 50 pounds and work in various weather conditions as necessary. This role will also help support other teams as needed.

Qualifications and Skills
- Develop and implement policies and procedures governing the receipt, storage and distribution of materials, equipment and/or supplies.
- Directs work and assists to ensure that the warehouse team.
· Manages the receiving and inspection of incoming shipments to ensure that they match the purchase order
and meet quality standards.
· Oversees inventory is controlled and tracked through physical counts and verifying information against
warehousing systems.
· Supports the organization’s supply chain strategy through maintenance of appropriate inventory levels
and timely distribution of goods.
· Ensures that material is stocked safely and organized, using equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.
· Maintains inventory tracking systems for all supply chain-controlled inventory.
· Inspects shipments for accuracy and inspect packaging is secure and meets required standards.
· Ensures the kitting process and validates that kit orders are complete and match the kit list on the work
order to issue parts/components to production for active builds.
· Ensures that products are packaged in a timely manner for shipment.
- Ensure warehouse operations comply with safety and regulations governing material handling, storage and distribution where applicable.
· Assist in the loading and unloading of trucks and other vehicles for incoming and outgoing shipments
as needed.
· Responsible for maintaining and managing outdoor yard space and working with the right POCs to
deconflict outdoor space as needed.
· Supervise scrap/disposition, recycling and waste management within warehouse and yard spaces.
· Report any safety concerns or incidents to Supply Chain Manager and Health & Safety Officer,
implementing risk mitigation measures within warehouse and yard spaces.
· Train and on-board new Material Logistics Associates.
· Perform other duties as assigned.

Education and Work Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent, with a minimum of 3 years of leadership experience.
- Previous experience with Inventory Systems/ERPs (NetSuite a plus).
- Forklift certification.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office tools.
Salary
$27.00 - $31.00 /hour
