What You’ll Do
- Lead daily back-of-house operations in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Inspire, train, and develop a talented culinary team with a focus on consistency and excellence
- Ensure food quality, safety, and sanitation standards are met at all times
- Manage inventory, purchasing, scheduling, and BOH systems
- Collaborate with the Executive Chef on menu development, seasonal specials, and recipe execution
- Bring a hands-on leadership style to service, setting the tone for energy and professionalism
What We’re Looking For
- 2–3 years of culinary management experience in a high-volume, upscale restaurant
- Strong leadership and coaching skills with the ability to elevate a team
- Deep knowledge of kitchen operations, food safety, and recipe development
- A proactive, solution-driven mindset and the ability to thrive under pressure
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced setting
- Physical ability to stand for long periods, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs
