About the Position


What We are Looking for:

The Real Estate Transaction Coordinator plays a key role in supporting all functions related to the management of leased or owned properties. Acting as the organizational backbone of the Real Estate team, this role requires someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator and collaborator who can balance multiple priorities, manage deadlines, and build trusted relationships both internally and externally.


Location: This is an in-office role in the Dallas, TX area.
 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Support the Real Estate Development team with project initiatives, forms, and system improvements.
  • Manage and ensure accuracy of CRM/development databases, including project pipeline tracking.
  • Monitor contracts, track balances, and provide timely updates to development managers.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure materials are prepared and delivered on schedule.
  • Conduct competitive research and due diligence for development opportunities.
  • Maintain project files in compliance with company standards.
  • Prepare and distribute project status reports.
  • Serve as a liaison with tenants, vendors, government agencies, and internal stakeholders.
  • Support the organization and documentation of technical meetings and initiatives.
  • Assist with invoice processing in coordination with Accounts Payable.

Position Qualifications:

Critical Skills & Experience Required

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of commercial real estate experience preferred.
  • Experience with Yardi system (required).
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proven track record of working independently and collaboratively in team environments.
  • High degree of confidentiality and integrity in handling sensitive information.

Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Yardi system experience (required).
  • Experience with lease administration software.
  • Strong data management and reporting skills.

Education and Certifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
  • Real Estate License preferred.

  • Outstanding communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to collaborate effectively at all organizational levels.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Problem-solving and critical-thinking mindset.
