Job Summary:
We are seeking a seasoned security leader to oversee and evolve our global security strategy. In this role, you will protect our people, assets, and operations across all locations, ensuring alignment with business growth, regulatory requirements, and emerging threats.

This is a hybrid position in our Warren, NJ headquarters working 3 days in office, 2 remote.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Strategic Planning & Risk Management:

  • Develop and execute a global security strategy aligned with company objectives. Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation plans.

Governance & Compliance:

  • Establish and enforce security policies and procedures in line with NIST, ISO, and global regulatory standards. Partner with Legal, Compliance, and Audit to ensure adherence.

Physical & Technical Security Oversight:

  • Manage physical and technical security systems (access control, CCTV, alarms). Collaborate with IT to address cyber risks tied to physical vulnerabilities.

Security Operations & Incident Response:

  • Lead the Security Operations Center (SOC) for real-time monitoring and incident response. Support crisis management and resiliency efforts.

Executive Protection & Workplace Safety:

  • Oversee executive protection programs and workplace violence prevention initiatives, including employee training and awareness.

Investigations & Vendor Management:

  • Lead investigations into security incidents and manage vendor relationships to ensure quality and compliance.

Expansion & Budget Oversight:

  • Define security criteria for new locations and leases. Manage security budgets and lifecycle planning for systems and staffing.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Partner with Real Estate, Compliance, Crisis Management, and external agencies to integrate security into business operations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, or other related field. Advanced degree or certifications, military, and law enforcement experience preferred.

  • 10+ years physical security related experience.

  • 8+ years of management experience.

  • Overseas/Global experience preferred.

  • Extensive experience in law enforcement or corporate security management, with a focus on physical security, technical security, security capability integration, investigations, policy/standards/procedure development, and vendor management.

  • Strong understanding of security governance, compliance, and risk management principles.

  • Experience managing a Security Operations Center (SOC) or similar and driving capability integration.

  • Protection experience, training, and management of executive protection programs preferred.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and with external stakeholders.

  • Familiarity with NIST, ISO standards, and industry best practices.

  • Ability to manage complex projects, budgets, and resources in a fast-paced, global environment.

The base salary range for this position is $140,000 - $180,000 annually. The offered rate of compensation will be based on individual education, experience, qualifications and work location.
