Engagement Sales (1.) To create a funnel of new business opportunities from the current account by showcasing HCL end-to-end service capabilities. (2.) To maintain and sustain relationship with customer contacts. (3.) To oversee commercial aspects (revenue| margins| receivables) for the current account. (4.) To proactively locate gaps in current delivery and build business case for enhanced service offerings. (5.) To track and ensure that delivery escalations are closed appropriately.
